At Cox and Company Custom Homes, we build spec and custom homes. From locating land to
the final walkthrough, we’ll be with you every step of the way through the custom home building

Consultation
First, we’ll meet to talk about what we need to achieve to get you into your dream home. We’ll discuss location. You can choose from land in one of our recommended subdivisions, or we can help you find the property. In this stage, we can also refer you to our preferred architects and lenders. We’ll also take a look at your budget, and start drafting a floor plan.
Collaboration
The homebuilding process can go one of two ways, and both are great options. If you want to take more of a hands-on approach, you can visit our vendors and choose your own details from the flooring to the ceiling fans. Or, if you prefer more of a backseat approach, we can give you a few samples to choose from and handle all the vendor communication.
Walkthrough
Once the walls are up, we’ll do a walkthrough together to make sure we’ve got the floor plan just right. To give your home the detail you desire, we’ll be hand-in-hand throughout the finishing process - from drywall to finishing touches. To make your dream become a reality.
